Rob Howie is a highly accomplished and experienced executive specializing in digital transformation, corporate growth and team building, with a successful career spanning over two decades. He is known for his exceptional skills in building and leading teams that deliver first-class products and services to the market while enhancing the lives of consumers and employees alike. Rob’s passion for technology solutions and growth is evident in every aspect of his work, and he has made significant contributions to the field. Rob brings to CanOps extensive experience in both the public and private sectors working for organizations from Large International Telecommunications companies to Start-Up software companies.

In his role at CanOps as Executive Director of Technology and Business Solutions, Rob drives strategic technology initiatives and oversees the development and delivery of innovative solutions that support CanOps mission and growth objectives. In addition, Rob helps guide the organization’s growth strategy in identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and driving strategic growth for CanOps.

Rob will tell you his most important role is that of Husband and Father. He and his wife have 6 children and love spending time with them, travelling and helping them achieve their dreams. In his spare time, Rob also loves to golf and spend time in his home. He has spent over 20 years investing in real estate, small businesses and loves to find and help other small businesses as an angel investor.
