Vice President, Culture and Corporate Services
Ting brings over 12 years of experience working in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, along with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in human resources. She has a Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration from University of Regina, with a major in management. She has supplemented her education with training in the subject areas of coaching, strategic planning, safety and wellness, change management, and project management.
Ting has served on the Board of Directors for a number of not-for-profit organizations and most recently completed a two-year term as the Chair of the Regina Chinese Language School. She has also been a long-standing member of and a contributor to the largest mental health best practice group in Saskatchewan.
In her role as CanOps’ Vice President of People and Culture, Ting provides leadership in the development and implementation of human resource strategies, programs and policies. She is also the champion of our organizational culture and core values. She is committed to creating a culture that supports the success of CanOps.
Ting was born in China and moved to Canada in 2002 to pursue an education. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin. Ting resides in Regina with her husband, George, and their three young children. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and travelling with her family.
